We support work that expands access, strengthens communities, and creates long-term opportunity.
Opportunity isn’t evenly distributed. But with the right support at the right moment, it can change everything.
At IAC Foundation, we focus on people—students navigating big transitions, communities doing essential work, and partnerships built on listening and trust.
Lasting impact is built through deep engagement, trusted relationships, and a long-term commitment.
Our Programs
Direct financial support that allows students to focus on learning—not just managing costs.
“I no longer lie awake wondering how I’ll afford textbooks. That kind of relief changes everything.”
“This support created opportunities I wouldn’t have had otherwise—it gave me confidence to keep going.”
While the Fellows Program operates as a separate initiative, it works in close partnership with IAC Foundation—extending the Foundation’s commitment to expanding access and supporting students beyond financial investment.
Our Programs
We seek to enrich our local community by ensuring that art remains a vibrant and accessible part of New York City. We invest in programs that promote diverse voices, inspire creativity, strengthen cultural institutions, and educate the next generation of artists.
“This support helps us continue creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected.”
“Arts programs like this don’t just inspire—they create access and opportunity.”
Our Programs
Investing in local initiatives that strengthen communities and expand opportunity where it’s needed most.
We engage in civic and community initiatives to improve urban life, advance economic opportunities, and enhance the social fabric of New York City.
With a focus on West Chelsea, we support organizations working directly with vulnerable populations—meeting immediate needs while building stronger, more resilient communities over time.
Our Programs
Support when it matters most.
The IAC Fellows Program supports aspiring leaders in technology by breaking down barriers to opportunity. Fellows facing unexpected hardship can apply for emergency grants-administered by E4E Relief-of up to $10,000 to cover urgent needs such as medical emergencies, disasters, or other critical challenges.
The IAC Employee Hardship Relief Fund provides financial support to full-time corporate employees experiencing unexpected hardship. Through grants of up to $10,000, administered by E4E Relief, the fund offers a safety net during difficult moments and reinforces IAC's commitment to employee well-being.
Neighborhood Hardship Relief is a $300,000 partnership with Hudson Guild providing direct emergency assistance to individuals and families in West Chelsea. Building on a 17-year relationship—and a pandemic-era model that supported 222 families—the program helps cover urgent needs like rent, utilities, medical expenses, food, and childcare. Applications are vetted and administered by Hudson Guild to ensure support reaches those most at risk, delivering fast, flexible aid when it matters most.
Because of this crucial support, I was able to complete my semester with my full focus on my studies, unburdened by the weight of financial stress.

The Student Journey

Story Spotlight
For Seun Eisape, the IAC Fellows Program began as a personal connection and grew into something much bigger.
As the younger brother of one of IAC’s earliest Fellows, Tiwa Eisape, Seun was first introduced to the program in 2019 while still in high school.
What started as informal support—when Tiwa connected him with resources through the IAC network to help with SAT prep—quickly evolved into a longer-term investment in his academic and professional path.
Through the program, he spent two summers in internships. In 2022, he worked as a Software Engineering intern at Angi, and in 2023, he was a Machine Learning intern at Ask Media Group, where he used AI to better understand and improve user experience.
With support from the Fellows Program and one-on-one mentorship from People Inc.’s Caleb Silver, Seun left with stronger technical experience and a greater sense of confidence—reaching out to new people, building relationships, and navigating professional environments.

Today, Seun Eisape is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at UC Berkeley, with a focus on brain–computer interfaces, machine learning, and natural language processing.
“The most valuable thing I took away was 100% the community. I was able to meet students who shared similar passions and became lasting friends, also connecting with the program staff who always made time whenever we needed support.”
